How is my booking confirmed?

You receive a confirmation by email as soon as you book. Your driver then reaches out to you personally to confirm the details, agree on the exact pickup time and place, and answer any questions before the day of your tour.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free of charge when you cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup time. Within 24 hours of pickup the booking is non-refundable. To cancel or change a booking, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email.

Are entry tickets and admission included in the price?

No. The price covers your private car, a professional driver, fuel, tolls and parking. Entry tickets and admission, for example Keukenhof, Efteling, museums or other attractions, are not included and are paid separately at the venue.

Is the price per car or per person?

The price is per car, not per person. One fixed price covers the whole car, so it stays the same whether one person travels or the car is full. You choose the car size that fits your group.

What is included in a tour?

Hotel door to hotel door pickup and return, a professional English-speaking driver, and all fuel, tolls and parking. Waiting time at your destination is included for the duration you book.

How do I pay?

You pay securely online when you book, by iDEAL or card. No cash is needed on the day.

Can I create my own itinerary?

Yes. Choose the Create Your Own tour, set how many hours you would like, and your driver takes you wherever you want to go. It is billed by the hour with a four hour minimum.

How many people fit in a car?

A taxi seats up to 4 passengers and a van up to 8. Every tour lets you choose between Standard and Business class in either size.
