SIR Taxi Amsterdam ("SIR", "we", "us") provides private day tours and taxi transport from Amsterdam across the Netherlands. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 34196235 and VAT number NL812478708B01. Our registered address is Tweede Van Swindenstraat 19-E, 1093 VG Amsterdam. Those sector conditions govern the transport agreement for your ride. The terms on this page apply in addition to them, and cover how you book and pay through this website.

You book by choosing a tour, a car and a date and entering your details. Your booking is a request until a SIR driver contacts you to confirm the details and arrange your pickup. If a date, route or car is not available, we will let you know and, where we can, propose an alternative.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are per car, not per person. The price covers your private car, a professional driver, fuel, tolls and parking, and hotel pickup and return as described for each tour. Entry tickets, admission and personal expenses are not included and are paid separately at the venue.

Tours booked through this website are paid online when you book. Other bookings are paid as agreed with us. All amounts are charged in euros (EUR).

For paid bookings, you can cancel free of charge when you cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup time. Within 24 hours of pickup, a paid booking is non-refundable. To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to help.

Please be ready at the agreed time and place and give us accurate pickup and contact details. The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity of the car you choose, and any luggage or special requirements should be shared with us in advance.

We carry out our service with care. To the extent permitted by law and by the general transport conditions referred to above, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our control, such as traffic, weather or the acts of third parties. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch law.

The content of this website is provided in good faith for general information. We may update our tours, prices and these terms at any time; the version shown on this page is the current one.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
